Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours after placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy instead.

2. Eligibility for Cancellation

An order can be cancelled if:

  • The request is made within the allowed cancellation period
  • The order has not been dispatched or handed over to the carrier
  • The item is not marked as “processing” or “shipped”

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • They have already been processed or shipped
  • Tracking information has been issued
  • The item is already in transit

In such cases, customers may wait for delivery and then initiate a return request after receiving the item.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time is 1–3 business days after approval

Please note that additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. How to Request Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with:

  • Order number
  • Email used for purchase
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

We will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.

6. Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once processing has started
  • We reserve the right to decline cancellation if the order has already been fulfilled
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on payment providers
